golden gaijin

for many things.  for february to be over, for march to be over, for golden week.

things have been slightly more hectic than i’m accustomed to, and i guess i’m still going with the recent changes.  new set of classes will start in april as well and it’ll be more of a clean slate in that regard.

i’ll be visiting california at the end of april for a week!  in hindsight, maybe i should use golden week to travel japan or something, but oh well, you do what you think is best.  recharging at home and seeing people i haven’t seen a long time is a good cure for what ails you once in awhile.

a student today told me how much he enjoyed my class.  one of those far in between reminders that what you’re doing is worth it.  it certainly helps that he’s a great student in the first place.

i have to work this sunday, and then afterwards i’ll go to asakusa to try turtle.  yea, turtle.  pictures and impressions abound, i hope.  i am looking forward to doing nothing the following day though, this week has been somewhat nerve-wracking.  all is well though.
