it’s nice to get some natural highs going again. that whole runner’s high, i miss it a lot. other than some light jogging, bicycling, and lifting weights, there are a couple street dance classes that i want to try out. they look fun, and i miss dancing.
i checked my weight tonight as well, i am now 62.4 kg which is roughly 137 pounds. i lost another kg or two since last week!
“no one in this world really cares for anyone else.” hearing that saddened me. the state of the world might not be too great – there are a ton of examples – i was taken aback by that statement. was that a truthful piece of mind or a slightly snide response to my uber-enthusiasm? hmmm, time will tell.
i’m facing quite a challenge right now. i think watching kindergarten cop will help. at least it will be entertaining.
