golden gaijin

there’s certainly a lot of hype surrounding fugu.  a lot of my students love to eat it.  i was a little wary of it at first since there is a chance of dying from even the tiniest bit of poison in it.

it is delicious though, i am now a fan although it is pretty expensive.  i had all sorts of fugu dishes as well as fugu hira-zake where there’s fugu fin in hot sake.

we also checked out senso-ji and the kamiya bar for some more food and dessert.  i nearly passed out from food coma on the way back home.

i’m loving japan and great company makes the experience even better!
